All pre-order sales are final. Every piece is made to order specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

We do not accept:

• Returns or refunds for change of mind
• Cancellations once production has begun
• Exchanges due to incorrect size ordered

We will always make right:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items significantly different from what was described
• Orders lost in transit
