Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order with a remnant., here is the full journey your piece goes through:

Step 1 — Production (10–15 weeks)

Your piece is made at our production facility overseas. Every order is crafted with care — this is not a warehouse pull, this is made-to-order.

Step 2 — Shipped to us (2–4 weeks)

Once production is complete, your order is shipped from the factory directly to us.

Step 3 — We receive & review (1–2 weeks)

• Made with purpose. Every step takes time — and here's why.

When your order arrives, we personally go through every item to make sure it meets our standards before it ever touches your hands.

Step 4 — We ship to you (3–7 business days)

Once everything checks out, we pack and ship your order ourselves.

Your total wait is approximately 14–22 weeks from your order date.

We know that's a commitment — and we don't take that lightly. You'll receive updates at every major stage so you're never left wondering.
